  • Everything was great
    I had service on my heater yesterday. Mike and Josh arrived during the allotted time and found a problem that needed corrected. The problem was corrected and Mike explained what was done and emailed me a copy of the invoice. Dylan followed up on the service. Everything was great and I will use Brooks again for service and repairs.

  • What a great way to treat a customer.
    I have been using Brooks Mechanical for about the past five years for maintaining my heat pump. Recently my whole house air filtration system broke down so I decided to replace it with a common / less expensive system. Service Manager Chuck came to my home to assess what needed to be done. He made a few adjustments to the system and my heat pump was back in operation. And he didn't charge me a cent. What a great way to treat a customer. They got my continued business for sure.

    R Brooks Mechanical is an outstanding company that provides quality material and services as well as knowledgeable, courteous, and customer centric techs. I have used them for 10 years - from install of HVAC system to annual maintenance checks to handling an emergency service problem. Would highly recommend them. While they are a bit higher in price than some competitors, but you get what you pay for. Used them today for a annual Heating system check; Their service tech - Josh - was great (as all the other techs that have serviced my system). Thank you R Brooks Mechanical!

  • My house is cool and the units are quiet!
    RB was the best HVAC company I've ever dealt with. Dawn was so nice and she fit me in as quickly as she could. Brandon came out and gave me an estimate for replacing my Heat Pump/AC Unit. He was awesome. It was lower than the other estimates I received and the brand names that RB uses are better quality. And they have financing. The installers, Hymie and Tony were so nice and professional. They were on time, took care to keep my floors clean and Tony was happy to answer all of my questions. Jeremiah came by after the instal was complete and explained everything. Gave me all the information I needed. He was also very nice. My house is cool and the units are quiet! I am so happy with the whole experience! I recommend R Brooks Mechanical to everyone!

  • Polite professional customer service.
    I have used R. Brooks Mechanical for years and have always been confident in the service they provide. This time was exactly that. I woke up to find my home 56 degrees with the thermostat set at 66. I called at 0656 and spoke with the calling service (polite and professional). I received a return call to schedule the service for that day and was called back in 20 minutes. Due to the time of year they were very busy and completely up front about fitting me into their busy schedule, which I appreciate. I was told and expecting to have a technician after 4pm. Much to my surprise I received a phone call (1336 hrs) from Dylan, indicating that Jeremiah was on his way to help with my heating issues. Jeremiah was quick, direct and pleasant to deal with. He located the problem. Removed the broken igniter, had the part on his truck and still provided a quote prior to the install. Jeremiah installed the new part, tested the unit and then accepted payment for the work he had completed. Dylan called the following morning to make sure we were not having any troubles and were still warm! What more could we ask for? Polite professional customer service. Thank you

  • We have been very pleased so far.
    Very Good customer service and response. Having returned home from vacation during a heatwave on a Saturday night to a home extremely warm and no AC we cold called R Brooks. Someone picked up immediately and within 1-2 hours Terry was on site and got us running, but there were bigger issues looming within the aging unit and he explained. Availability after hours means a lot. Fast Forward we did a recommended service as well as soliciting replacement quotes from others to see what was available. Brandon was very thorough and gave several estimates with different brands and features for furnace and AC replacement. He also fielded many questions about different units and features. After doing research and such we committed to a system installation by R Brooks. Since it was still a heat wave we opted to allow priority installs/repairs go first. Unfortunately about 2-3 weeks after the first repair we had another failure during the heat wave, I called the office (Dawn) and they had Tony and I think Chuck stop by and band-aid my aging system the next day and it kept going until my install date. The installation went smooth with Jaime I think it was working tirelessly in the basement and Tony on the outside unit. We have been very pleased so far. And each time the staff called to follow up if we were happy. Since it was too hot to start up the furnace Jeremiah and someone else (Rich?) stopped by just to verify the furnace properly started.
