Location: Rising Sun, MD (regional work)
Compensation: Base pay + uncapped commissions + full benefits
Overview:
Develop estimates for HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydronic projects. Manage proposals from bid through completion and collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure successful execution.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating
- Strong mechanical and code knowledge
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Confidence managing bids and customer relationships
HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician
Location: Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania
Pay Range: $25–$40+ per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
Overview:
Service, repair, and install residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Provide top-tier customer service and ensure safe, reliable performance.
What You’ll Need:
- Technical certification and EPA license
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Experience in HVAC service or installation
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Sr. Commercial HVAC Installer
Location: Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware (regional work)
Pay Range: $40+ per hour (based on experience)/prevailing wage potential
Overview:
Installing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems in large commercial and government settings. This role ensures that HVAC systems are installed according to manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards while delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- HVAC Certification [Technical school certification preferred]
- EPA Certification a plus
- Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass company’s MVR requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and adhere to all safety guidelines
- Familiarity with building codes, HVAC equipment manufacturers, and industry standards
- Availability for some travel
