Location: Rising Sun, MD (regional work)
Compensation: Base pay + uncapped commissions + full benefits
Overview:
Develop estimates for HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydronic projects. Manage proposals from bid through completion and collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure successful execution.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating
- Strong mechanical and code knowledge
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Confidence managing bids and customer relationships
Commercial Construction Project Manager
Location: Baltimore / Rising Sun, MD
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 per year + bonus opportunities
Overview:
Lead and coordinate multiple short-term mechanical projects from planning through completion. Manage crews, materials, schedules, and budgets while ensuring top-quality results.
What You’ll Need:
- 3–7 years in HVAC or mechanical project management
- Experience with ductwork, sheet metal, and blueprints
- Strong leadership and organization skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools
HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician
Location: Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania
Pay Range: $25–$40+ per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
Overview:
Service, repair, and install residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Provide top-tier customer service and ensure safe, reliable performance.
What You’ll Need:
- Technical certification and EPA license
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Experience in HVAC service or installation
- Ability to work independently and with a team
