Recently my whole house air filtration system broke down so I decided to replace it with a common / less expensive system. Service Manager Chuck came to my home to assess what needed to be done. He made a few adjustments to the system and my heat pump was back in operation. And he didn't charge me a cent. What a great way to treat a customer. They got my continued business for sure."

    Patrick, service technician, evaluated my old system (installed by another company). Thankfully, at 20 degrees, he was able to get it running until my new system could be installed two days later. Brandon, estimator, came the same day to measure and properly size a new propane heater and AC unit.

    Install day was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was on time, introduced themselves and explained the process from tear-out to install.
    Brandon was there from start to finish. Chuck, George and Shawn did the installation of the heat and AC unit. They were top notch and know their trade inside and out. They cleaned as they worked. The detail and attention given to the gas fittings, electric, venting, condensate lines and every screw were meticulous! They tested each system and made certain I had no questions or concerns.

    I'm not a review type person but R. Brooks Mechanical and every individual team member deserve to be recognized for the amazing company they are.
